About
A designer building the long arc from craft to capital.
Designer, product & UX leader, founder, and emerging AI subject-matter expert. My long-term horizon is technology investment and private-equity operating.

Personal philosophy
I believe technology should amplify people—not replace them.
Whether modernizing public services, designing enterprise products, building AI-native platforms, or launching new ventures, my focus is the same: creating systems that are intuitive, inclusive, and built to solve meaningful problems.
That philosophy gives my entire body of work a coherent narrative. An executive hiring manager, a startup investor, or a potential partner can all understand what drives my decisions, regardless of whether they’re looking at IRCC, TD, Syncopate, or Axis.
It also future-proofs my brand.
Bio
Craft first. Then everything else.
I've spent fifteen-plus years designing products for the organizations millions of people rely on — federal services, national banks, retail platforms, and increasingly, the AI-native companies being built right now.
My work sits at the intersection of complex systems and human experience: accessible by default, systemically consistent, and connected to the business strategy underneath.
Today I'm a founder first. Through my studio, Creative Titans, I build and operate AI-native ventures — Syncopate, Axis, Agreed, and Latin Music Canada — some live, some in active development, all shaped by what I learned designing at scale.
AI is not a side interest. I build with agentic systems, prompt and context engineering, and AI-assisted development every day — which is what lets one operator take a product from customer problem to shipped software.

All four are active today. The enterprise years are the foundation; the ventures are what the foundation is for. Investing and operating alongside other founders is the longer horizon.
