He is the founder of five AI-native ventures — Syncopate, Axis, Agreed, Latin Music Canada, and Creative Titans. Throughout his career, Adrian has helped some of Canada's largest organizations modernize complex digital experiences, building a reputation for combining user-centered design, product strategy, accessibility, and systems thinking to solve large-scale business problems. His work has contributed to digital transformation initiatives at TD Bank, Scotiabank, Transport Canada, Employment and Social Development Canada, the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, Investors Group, and Home Depot Canada. While his early career focused on user experience and interaction design, his role expanded into product strategy, organizational transformation, and executive leadership. Working across highly regulated industries taught him how technology, business strategy, accessibility, engineering, compliance, and organizational change intersect to create successful digital products. As artificial intelligence began reshaping the software industry, Adrian shifted his focus toward building AI-native companies designed around entirely new ways of working. He is the founder of five AI-native ventures — Syncopate, Axis, Agreed, Latin Music Canada, and Creative Titans — each built to simplify complex workflows and unlock new opportunities in a different industry. Syncopate is an AI-native platform modernizing music rights management, catalog administration, and licensing readiness for artists, publishers, labels, and rights holders. Rather than functioning as another catalog management system, it introduces an intelligence layer that helps creators prepare catalogs for commercial opportunity through AI-assisted workflows, metadata validation, and readiness analysis. He also founded Agreed, an AI-powered contract intelligence platform that simplifies legal workflows through intelligent document creation, collaboration, approvals, and digital execution — reflecting his broader belief that AI should eliminate administrative complexity rather than replace professional expertise. Axis explores AI-native business operating systems, built on the idea that organizations will move away from disconnected applications toward unified environments where AI agents, knowledge systems, workflows, and analytics operate as a shared intelligence platform. Beyond enterprise software, Adrian founded Latin Music Canada, an AI-assisted editorial platform increasing visibility for Canadian Latin artists through automated publishing, editorial workflows, and artist discovery. His fifth venture, Creative Titans, is a progressive tech model for an entertainment ecosystem — 332 recordings across 246 projects since 2017, spanning Reggae, Dancehall, Afro-Fusion, Latin Pop, Brazilian Funk, and Caribbean Pop, with collaborators including Beyoncé, Burna Boy, Koffee, and Sean Paul. Across every venture, a consistent philosophy connects his work: technology should reduce complexity, remove unnecessary friction, and enable people to focus on higher-value thinking. Adrian has remained deeply committed to accessibility, inclusive design, and human-centered product development, consistently treating WCAG standards, research-driven methodology, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration as foundational rather than optional. His education sits at the intersection of psychology, technology, and artificial intelligence: a BA in Psychology from York University and studies in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and AI through the University of London, alongside professional education in Human–Computer Interaction (MIT), IBM Applied AI, Interaction Design (UC San Diego), and Adobe Experience Manager. He is an alumnus of the Legal Innovation Zone, MaRS Discovery District, Ryerson Digital Media Zone, and Driven Accelerator. Adrian's work focuses on AI-native software, autonomous product teams, intelligent workflows, and human-centered artificial intelligence.
