Digital modernization for regulated services
Transport Canada
Senior UX Designer
Challenge
Turn compliance-heavy transport services into approachable digital experiences without losing regulatory fidelity.
Overview
Supported digital service modernization at Transport Canada, the federal department overseeing transportation policies, programs, and safety across air, marine, rail, and road. Regulated content is unavoidably dense — the design mandate was to make it navigable without softening the underlying obligations.
